About this house rental
This 56 m2 accommodation, new and independent, is rated 3 stars. It is located in a quiet area, in the countryside, while being very close to Berck/mer and shops.
You can spend a weekend or more there with all the necessary amenities: fully equipped kitchen, single storey with direct access to a terrace and an enclosed garden, parking in front of the house, many paths to walk or cycle around.
Your pets are welcome!

The accommodations are spacious, bright and cozy. You will stay in one end of my house which is independent and soundproofed from the rest of the house where I live.
The house is very recent, from July 2022.
The orientation of the bay window, the terrace and the garden is due west, to be able to enjoy sunny afternoons and evenings.
The terrace is surrounded by ganivelles to limit the vis-à-vis.
You can enjoy an extendable garden table from 6 to 8 seats, garden armchairs, cushions and a Weber barbecue (I do not provide charcoal).
To make your nights comfortable, the 2 beds measure 140x200 cm and include a very comfortable latex mattress (85 kg/M2) with soft foam reception. You can also enjoy memory foam pillows. Sheets and duvets are provided, and beds are made on arrival.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Wifi is provided by a high-speed Livebox 6 (Fiber speeds up to 2 Gbit/s↓ and 800 Mbit/s↑, RJ45 sockets available in the accommodation for teleworking).
The accommodations are equipped with a Philips Ambilight Android TV with Chromecast built-in.
If you already have a subscription, you can use: Netflix, Prime Video, Dysney plus, Canal+, ...
Children and babies are welcome, but be careful, there is only a cot, a high chair, a cushion to change baby and a foot tool.
You won't find a bathtub or games, for example. It will be up to you to bring them.
The bed measures 50x90 cm, the mattress cover is provided.
You will find in the bathroom a towel per person 50x70 cm.
The kitchen is fully equipped, I leave a few Senseo pods, tea and herbal tea. Toilet paper is also available in the toilets, in case you forget.
The garden of the rental is private (220 M2) and fully fenced by wire mesh and ganivelles which measure between 1.10 m and 1.50 m in height. Dogs can be left free in the garden.
Remember to bring something to pick up the droppings that your pets will leave in the garden.
