We take care of the end-of-stay cleaning. You are only responsible for cleaning and tidying up the kitchen.

. This apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. It is therefore difficult to access for people with limited mobility
. Please verify that you are covered by vacation insurance (usually included in your home insurance). If not, please consider purchasing a policy.
. A security deposit of 500 euros is required to cover potential damage or failure to clean the apartment properly (usually deducted directly by the platform through which you made your reservation, or, otherwise, no later than the day of your arrival (details will be provided to you)).
. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, at the request of booking platforms, we have implemented a “self-check-in and self-check-out” system. As this procedure has been well-received by our guests, we have decided to make it a permanent feature. Instructions for picking up the keys and accessing your apartment will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, as soon as it is ready.
. Unfortunately, since 2023, paid parking has been in effect (9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2 p.m.–7 p.m.—first hour free) in part of Berck-Plage from May 1 through September 30, as well as during the All Saints’ Day school break. The apartment is located in this area (orange zone).
