Offering a gateway to the fantastic waterways of the Broads, the nearby village of Blofield (1.5 miles) is a wonderful spot for immersing yourself in Norfolk life. The cottage offers walks from its doorstep and effortless access to some of the many attractions dotted around the local area. Perhaps your nature-loving family would enjoy bird watching at the RSPB Strumpshaw Fen (3.5 miles) or seal spotting from Horsey Gap (16 miles). Alternatively, those more interested in history and culture will find plenty to enjoy in Norwich city centre (8.5 miles) and an appealing few hours spent at Burgh Castle (16.5 miles).




This single-storey property is immaculately presented with home-from-home touches and contemporary fittings. Chill out together in the social hub of the open-plan living space, complete with a kitchen, lounge and dining area. In the lounge area, cushy seating for four surrounds a TV/DVD player and a coffee table, perfect for getting stuck into a board game. Or, if you know a game is likely to get competitive, make full use of the circular dining table which seats four instead. There's a handy spot for sitting and enjoying casual meals at the breakfast bar. From here you can watch your nominated chef whip up something delicious to keep everyone fully fed and satisfied. Two bedrooms are located just off the open-plan living space, both of which are presented with en-suite shower rooms. The first of these rooms is a bright and beautiful king-size, complete with patio doors and direct access to the outdoor space. This second, a twin bedroom, provides a spacious spot for two to call their own.




Access the rear patio via the master bedroom or the kitchen, down a step, and enjoy some quality time in the sunshine. This decked space is reached via one step and is entirely enclosed and private, complete with a bistro set and BBQ for alfresco activities. There is also a shared courtyard that completes the accommodation's offering.
