From December 2027, this will be replaced with a brand new lodge - Timber interior, 2 bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen, diner, lounge. The kitchen will feature a washing machine, dishwasher, ramped access and decking to the waters edge (no garden). Accommodation details up to November 2026: Nestled right on the riverbank, this well-loved two-bedroom retreat offers simple comfort and character, perfect for families, couples, friends, or solo travellers looking for a peaceful escape by the water. Inside, the lodge provides everything you need for a relaxing break, with cosy living spaces and uninterrupted river views that set the scene for an idyllic stay. Step outside and enjoy life on the water’s edge. Yare View has mooring available right outside, making it easy to bring your own boat (maximum 12 metre – please confirm at time of booking), kayaks, paddleboards or canoes. For those without, local day boat hire is 6 miles away and paddleboard, kayalk and canoe hire is available to book and be delivered to the lodge. Fishing is also possible just a few steps from the deck, with a handy bait fridge provided to store tackle and supplies during the season.
