No bath towels and bathmats provided. Bathroom door cannot be closed. Toilet door cannot be locked. Inform the staff many times but nothing was done.

I don't usually leave reviews on places I've stayed at even if I had a really bad stay but I feel like this is something people ordering this place should know.
When we got to the it looked great and we were really happy to finally have a normal stay, one of the reasons we picked this place is the kitchen which has all the things we hoped for to cook for ourselves especially because one of us has dietary restrictions so when we opened the cupboards and noticed them empty we were surprised but decided to just ask about it at the reception, so we went downstairs and for some reason they found the question really funny and that when they told us we weren't allowed to use the kitchen and when we asked for the reason they said there used to be a fire and then laughed like we were being silly for asking, I honestly don't know what was so funny, we told them one of the reasons we picked the place was because of the kitchen and that it wasn't written on any website the kitchen was unusable (we know we checked both agoda and ***) and they just kept saying not to use the kitchen, like yeah we got that part but when you pick a room with such facilities you know you pay extra for them and it just felt like we were cheated, there was an electric kettle but there wasnt even any glasses. We continued staying there for our stay but it effected greatly what we thought of the place.
