    The staff were very kind and the room was very cozy and clean and hotel is kind of old, but it has been remodeled to show Old style. KOREAN architect so it was worse staying.

    My partner and I stayed for one night … last minute kinda thing. We were both very impressed at the facilities, including a hot pool & sauna. Highly recommend

    We went for my daughter’s birthday weekend. We got there Friday night, no life vest needed because she was tall enough. Next day—REQUIRED to have a life vest. Pool staff kept coming in to yell at two older girls playing in the pool. Came in to the pool area 23 times to look at and talk to the older girls or my daughter. Was upset when we played Marco Polo. Never once was my daughter out of the life vest or alone in the pool Saturday—the male staff member seemed super stressed. Korean male child came and wasn’t required to wear his life vest. Our room was super-hot. Was told the maintenance controls all room temperatures and it was set at 26. Asked for a fan, the fan plug didn’t work in our room plugs and the fan was too short to be above the bed. Got an extension cord, and had to lay it over the bed in order to have the fan reach us. The 24-hour emart was not open until 10am. Hotel down the street had a 7-11 that opened at 8am. Just don’t stay there—the stress is not worth it.
