    Location is great right in Parramatta, we had a few other issues... The bathroom was moldy, there was broken rusted screws in the files in the bathroom. The shower tap was painful to use and fiddly, the AC didn't work well at all. The bathroom floor was always wet, and didn't dry out and the floor mat was tiny.

    Had 1 issue with a room, but was moved to another which was recently renovated and great. 1st was okay, but some issues with the mattress. Staff were good at resolving things quickly.

    It’s actually the apartment part of the Mantra Parramatta but the units are leased out on a private basis and not under mantra management. Everything about this place was great:) the staff at the property agency where we picked up the keys from were so warm and friendly and nice - they made all the difference for this apartment. Thank you for being so kind

    This room was at the mantra apartments however it was managed by another company so you had to go get the key from them and then walk back over to the mantra apartments. I usually love staying at mantra however this room in particular when you walked in it smelt the bathroom stench was actually unbearable until it was aired out and sprayed, there was cockroaches - dead and alive. In particular. There was one in the cutlery drawer- and dust everywhere. it looks like the corners had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The staff were good though and refunded me my stay and have advised me that they will be discussing this further with the maintenance people
