    It’s actually the apartment part of the Mantra Parramatta but the units are leased out on a private basis and not under mantra management. Everything about this place was great:) the staff at the property agency where we picked up the keys from were so warm and friendly and nice - they made all the difference for this apartment. Thank you for being so kind

    We’ve done a booking on the same day of check in. However, it didn’t mentioned that the room is under different owner and not under ***. We’re good with that, but the bad part is that the host told us that parking is not included in the booking and we have to pay to other party which is *** if we want to avail a parking space that cost around $25 per day. We’ve paid $50 for the 2 nights of stay and they provided a separate key card for “parking access”. The next day my partner haver tried if the room key card from host will work in parking access and it did! It means the host gave a misinformation so we have tried to call the front desk of *** for a full refund of $50 but they refused to give a full refund and then we called the host and they’re asking us to pay another $50 for parking fee. Terrible service, as a customer we’re looking for an affordable room with good room amenities but we ended up paying more due to unclear information provided. Hope this can be cleared in the booking website it’s not good to surprise your customers with additional fees. Most hotels or other accomodation do include the parking in their amenities.

    My partner and I stayed here for new years eve events and the place was unkempt. There was no service for towels, the shower head flew off and nearly hit my partner. Also bins and rubbish were never collected. We also had trouble sleeping as the bed was so small. And the walls were so thin we could hear water being run late at night and it wouldn't stop for at least 20 minutes. Wouldn't recommend at all
