    We were very comfortable in the apartment. the reception staff were friendly. Location in Parramatta in central, close to bus, light rail, shops etc

    Musty odour, couldn't use balcony for bird droppings tiles coming off bathroom walls. No plug for sink, light bulb blown in fridge, rubbish bin cracked, no sound proofing

    Located in such a prime suburb and given the small size of the apartment it is easier to enhance quality of maintenence. The walls were dirty and the apartment was smelly.
