There is a real problem with this place. They forgot to charge me the bond originally. They also did not provide bin bags and the aircon kept failing due to the hotel not keeping up maintenance. The fridge is also leaking and the toilet buttons are broken. I had to put everything in a box and organise it. It was a real pain. The staff were also not very friendly and very rushed.

Walking distance to the Parramatta Train station and Ferry. Plenty of cafes and restaurants, all walking distance from the hotel. Eat Street (Church St) is just a 10-min leisure walk. During my 9-day stay, housekeeping was done 2x. They call it express service. Would be nice if they have it cleaned at least every other day. Not a deal-breaker though because their 1-BR Suite is excellent —-full kitchen, spacious living room, laundry area with washer and dryer, balcony and a confortable bed.

2 bedroom apartment was very clean, comfy beds. Meriton is always nice. The scent in the lobby and elevators is beautiful - I would like it in my own home. No parking left in Meriton - but parking beside it in Woolies Metro parking- $50 for the night very easy to access so worth it for the convenience.

Parking pre-booked but no parking spaces were available. Had to park in non-parking area. Asian lady at reception offered alternative parking at another location. She was very difficult to understand her accent & she spoke too quickly.
