I physically attended the property and attempted to proceed with my stay, however the underground parking/access arrangement was poorly signed, confusing and stressful to navigate, particularly within the shared underground carpark and moving barricade system. Assistance from staff was minimal and unhelpful. After entering the premises, the foyer/common areas also felt very different to the polished impression presented online. In my opinion, the marketing photos appear heavily edited, as the actual vibe of the property felt dated rather than modern or stylish. What disappointed me most was the handling afterward. Rather than acknowledging my genuine concerns, the hotel adopted a dismissive attitude and still enforced the full booking fee despite the fact I attended the property, attempted to obtain assistance and left almost immediately without using the accommodation. As a longstanding Booking.com user who has stayed at many local and international hotels without issue, this experience fell well below expectations.
