Boutique Hotel Kugel Wien

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a tram stop. Many restaurants within a 5 min walking radius, which is super convenient. The manager was one of the most helpful and thoughtful persons I've ever met, he welcomed us warmly, gave us lots of info on getting around, and was always present whenever we needed. The room was charming too, clean and bright with all amenities. 10/10 would come back to stay here.

Nothing to dislike, ou stay was great.

The best place for us for the market. We loved the room, very comfortable bed and very nice and clean bathroom. Good service, very kind staff, we appreciated all the help.

Great location, beside tram and bus stop providing access (using some connections on fantastic Viennese transport system) to all city. Lovely, quiet and 'quirky' decorated rooms, with lift access (if needed). Very helpful reception staff, in particular, 'Alex' who gave a superb outline of how to approach our visit to the city and its key sites and eating establishments. Predominantly all accessible by foot (apart from out-of-town palaces). Breakfast facilities offered to online booking, but we did not utilise, as huge variety of cafes and restaurant in immediate vicinity. We also took opportunity for a day-trip to visit Bratislava (50min train trip).

Superb central location right in busy area of restaurants and shops and close to District 1. Tram right outside. Room interior was delightful. Staff were very lovely!

Noisy and no fan to help move air around at night. Thank goodness it wasn’t hot! Curtains don’t block streetlights. Breakfast cant be included for Booking.com, and is expensive.
