Exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and neat, even a daily turn down service. The breakfast was a standard continental which I thought was reasonable for the price, certainly convenient (though Joseph Brot nearby became my breakfast place of choice!). It’s in the shopping strip where my Austrian friend said she comes to shop rather than the touristy/high end of the old city. The U3 was wildly close. I was running very late so came in on the CAT train which directly connected to U3. I did find I used the U4 more but it’s only a ten minute walk (it is a hill though). It’s convenient to walk to the museum quarter. I even walked to the city and Schonbrunn Palace! The staff were kind and easy to communicate with even though I came in just before reception close. They stored my luggage on my final day.

It says it’s been sound proofed but I could still hear a lot of street noise, it didn’t worry me but maybe bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. It was only the Friday/Saturday I noticed it more.

Somebody left smelly ham in the minibar (which remained there when we checked in) Shower over bath

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely.

Cold shower only our last night and morning . Lift entrance really off putting, the lift itself was tatty and grubby with sticky tape on the floor controls. Don’t deserve a four star rating .Coffee provided in room at 2 euro a pod! Noisy location with homeless lady ranting every morning at 5am.
