    I stayed in a triple room with my husband and our 25-year-old son. The room was comfortable, and the beds and linens were clean. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s location is excellent. There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a subway station just outside the hotel. MuseumQuartier is within walking distance, and Naschmarkt is only a short taxi ride away. We especially loved the convenience of the location. One thing to note is that toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee, tea, and bedroom slippers are not provided, so guests may wish to bring their own.

    We had 2 nights with a group of 5. The hotel was easy enough to find. In a building with another hotel and businesses, however It was clearly marked on how to get to reception. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and we also got the remotes for ac as there was a heatwave. We had issues getting the ac started and staff came up in no time to sort It out. Rooms were on the small side but bathroom was nice and spacious. A mini bar was also fully stocked and reasonably priced. Beds were on the soft side. Getting around the city was easy as the metro was just outside the door, along with so many ammenities and shopping in the area itself. Some homeless were around the outside of the building but they kept to themselves and did not engage with passerbys. I would use this hotel again, more-so if it was just myself and one other. For the group of 5 adults It was a bit tight.
