Love this hotel as it located near to the airport LRT line. Also love how convenient it is to access 711 just beside the hotel. There is an on going road construction but my room is not affected with the noice. However, the soundproof between room can be improved. Overall great experience! and don't forget to visit Rot Chun Yeam Beef Noodle @Pratunum if you're beef noodles lover! This shop just 1 to 2 streets nearby to the hotel. It was sooo delicious! Worth to try!

Very accommodating staff and super convenient location for travelers.

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant stay was overshadowed by a very serious safety and privacy lapse. After checking in without any issues, I entered my room, unpacked and began getting ready for the evening. It was only then that I realised there were two men directly outside my room, carrying out repainting work on the exterior. Critically, the only way for them to access this area was through my room, as it opened directly onto the terrace. This was extremely unsettling. Had I not noticed them when I did, I could easily have continued changing or showering, completely unaware that people were outside my room. The bathroom layout makes this particularly concerning, as the bathtub area has a blind, but the shower and toilet area has no covering at all. The possibility of another guest, particularly someone travelling alone, ladies travelling together, being unknowingly exposed to strangers accessing the terrace is a very serious privacy and security concern. I immediately raised this with the front desk, as I was understandably uncomfortable with the fact that the only access to the work area was through my room. While the staff themselves were courteous and helpful, the situation should never have occurred without the guest being informed beforehand and appropriate safeguards being put in place. I want to stress that I am not writing this to be overly critical. The friendly staff and good location were positives, and I would genuinely like to give the hotel another chance. However, this was far more than a minor inconvenience, it was a significant lapse in basic guest privacy and safety. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the procedures around maintenance and access to guest rooms and terraces. A simple notification at check-in, prior consent, and ensuring that guests are not unknowingly sharing their private space with workers would have made a huge difference. There is clearly potential for a very good stay here, and I would be happy to return if I could be confident that this kind of situation would not happen again. But this particular incident needs to be treated with the seriousness it deserves.
