    I have a pleasant 4 nights stay at Bonsai Hotel. The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. The hotel location is near the airport rail link. 7-11 just beside the hotel. Thank You Bonsai Hotel Bangkok 🫶🏻. Hopefully the road construction will end soon😇

    Love this hotel as it located near to the airport LRT line. Also love how convenient it is to access 711 just beside the hotel. There is an on going road construction but my room is not affected with the noice. However, the soundproof between room can be improved. Overall great experience! and don't forget to visit Rot Chun Yeam Beef Noodle @Pratunum if you're beef noodles lover! This shop just 1 to 2 streets nearby to the hotel. It was sooo delicious! Worth to try!

    The hotel itself was nice, the service was good, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay in the room. We were here for our honeymoon, so we were really looking forward to having a pleasant and memorable experience. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the fact that we were charged 300 baht for a towel stained by a bath bomb, which was washable, by the way. We took very good care of the room throughout our stay, so it was disappointing to be charged extra over something as minor as a towel stain that could potentially have been removed with proper washing. We understand that hotels have their own policies, but this charge felt unreasonable, especially when there was no actual damage to the towel beyond a washable stain. It’s a shame because the room was lovely and the staff provided good service, but this incident left us with a bad impression, especially during what was supposed to be a special honeymoon trip. We believe there should be a reasonable approach to handling minor, washable stains rather than immediately charging guests. Overall, the hotel had a nice room and good service, but this experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to be extra careful with the hotel towels, even over something as minor as a washable bath bomb stain. It’s unfortunate that a 300 baht charge could overshadow what was otherwise an enjoyable honeymoon stay.
