    Easy to access. The drinking water bottle is so inadequate.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival (around 10am) there was no one in the concierge and we had to ring the bell a number of times before staff showed up. Said check in was at 2pm so we left our luggage in the lobby instead. Went back around 7 or 8pm, again no one to accommodate us. Ended up checking in via their messenger account. The main light in our room was dysfunctional but managed to figure out how to turn it on. The aircon doesn’t seem to cool much even at the lowest temperature. Day 2 morning woke up feeling itchy on my legs but i didn’t really mind. Fast forward at night i noticed i had a lot of red bites on the back of my legs that i suspect were from bed bugs. It was horrible i had to sleep with my friend on her bed. In general, the room feels dirty but the towels were fresh and clean. The toilet doesn’t stop flushing so i had to turn it off. There is no elevator in the hotel so you have to carry your luggage up to whichever flr they assign u. I didn’t manage to tell the staff about the bed bugs situation since we were already checking out and i didnt have the energy to complain. Not worth it! Its the worst experience i’ve ever had

    There are so many other optional hotels around Pratunam, whose price are equal to this hotel. No Lift is very terrible surprise.

    Need to climb the staircase with our luggage, felt like it more suitable for backpackers.
