We had a very disappointing stay due to several major issues with the room.
Security Issues: The doorknob lock was completely broken and wouldn't latch. When we complained, management dismissively told us they would 'teach us how to close it'—as if we didn't know how—and just told us to use the double lock instead.
Hygiene: The bed was dirty, and we kept getting bitten by bugs. They cleaned it after we complained, but the biting continued. The bathroom was also dirty, the drain was clogged, and water pooled up quickly when showering.
Amenities: The WiFi was advertised as a room amenity, but the signal couldn't even reach inside the room. There was also no trash can in the bathroom, and only one tiny bin in the main room.
AC Issues: The air conditioner was broken; it only had one freezing setting that you couldn't turn down, which almost gave us a cold.
The place was so uncomfortable that we actively avoided returning early from our tours. We preferred staying out late just so we could head back purely to sleep for a few hours and leave immediately.

Just for sleeping. The aircon was a bit noisy affecting my sleep. Comfort room was okay but need thorough cleanly for there were coakroaches. Staff are friendly but thats it. The door to my room was bit difficult to lock. Bit of fear for my safety as I was alone. No available food nearby and malls are bit far.

While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they should work well on their water supply. During our stay, there was a water outage that couldn't be repaired immediately as the staff had to wait for the repairment. The TVplus box was not also working and couldn't be repaired as the maintenance guy takes days off during Sundays.
