    I had no complaints about my stay considering the price I paid. It is definitely a value-for-money. However, there are a few areas that I believe need improvement. (1) the housekeeping staff came to my room several times asking me to leave a good review. Reviews should be voluntary and based on a guest's genuine experience. If a hotel provides good service, guests will naturally be happy to leave positive feedback without being asked. Repeatedly knocking on guests' doors, especially sleeping or resting, should be avoided. (2) there were a few instances of misleading or incomplete information: - No luggage storage service was provided for guest. - A refundable RM50 cash deposit was required upon check-in, but this was not communicated in advance. - The WhatsApp customer service was unresponsive when I tried to contact them.
