Room is warm as the air-conditioner is not cold. Either needs servicing or maybe replacing.

Room is clean, no awful smell alhamdulillah. Initially given room at level 2 but request change and got level 3 but it's ok. (Not ok for people with sakit lutut tho) . Bathroom with heater fully function. Parking plenty. Next to Larkin Central and easy to get food for lunch and dinner. Overall satisfied.

Breakfast was excellent with quite a varieties . Room also quite spacious , bed mattress and pillow mattress were clean. Dinner Chicken grilled and Fish & chips were delicious. There are enough space for parking.
Floor carpet were dusty and i felt like sharp particles on it like broken glass. Hope the staffs could vacuum the carpet regularly.
