Very good location, but the property doesnt meet the mark. Its a big compound, but very less facilities.
Every room type is overpriced. Not very clean, staff also not so prompt and resourceful, but they are polite and friendly. Food availability is bad, they havent utilized the compound properly. There is a small Dam inside the property, which is a nice thing

Excellent customer service and communication before, during and after our stay.
The location is beautiful (well worth the extra climb at the end of a long bike ride).
The rooms are spacious and clean and the Monastery grounds are a lovely place to relax.
The food is very good and we both slept really well in the clean comfortable beds.
While the room facilities are simple they all work well. We feel the Monastery is a great place to stay and good value for money especially if you need a little down time from the hectic world outside.

This was Ayurveda treatment centre with many rooms to stay. After covid, it is shown as resort or hotel. But it is not thst kind at all. But good location to see tourist spots in kanthaloor and maraiyoor.
