    Neat and clean rooms and swimming pool , friendly staff very respectful and helped us by booking jeep safari and helped me by arranging special birthday surprise.. highly recommend this place especially for girls and ladies very safe place . Thank u all the staff for being kind and respectful

    The view from the resort is magnificent. The surroundings are well maintained and clean. The approach roads leading to the resort needs a bit maintenance otherwise once you are inside it's all good. Staff is quick and readily available. When you step out of your room you can see the entire valley which is the biggest plus of this resort. You will fall in love with it.

    We are two family booked for two days having two young kids. first of all to reach Rock and Brook Resort is little difficult because other than BSNL or JIO no other network will work there. 2nd there is no check in time mentioned in Agoda hence we reached early around 9 AM but the check in allowed only at 1PM which is never mentioned anywhere in AGODA. so we have to move out without refreshing ourself and went out for the day. we parked our car in public area and booked safari for the entire day. late evening we reached Rock and Brook resort, rooms were good , spacious, location also good but the washrooms had a stink smell we asked them to clean again. then had a nice dinner in Rock and Brook resort. 2nd day we left in the morning for visit and gave our keys to clean the room. surprisingly when we returned in the late night they didn't refill or change anything only cleaned the room and folded the bedsheet. after complaining to the manager they send house keeping guy to change everything and manager behaviors is rude in the night. Next day when we checkout we had a conversation again with manager and finally they didn't charge for the food. Not so great experience in Rock and Brook. Good things: FOOD. CAMP FIRE, LOCATION, SPACIOUS ROOM Cleanliness should be iimproved.
