Spokojna okolica. Parking podziemny w cenie. Duży balkon. Klimatyzacja. Przestronne mieszkanie.
Brudna podłoga, zwłaszcza dywan pełen włosów. Zbiornik w odkurzaczu zapełniony, szczotka zapchana włosami. Telewizor z uszkodzoną matrycą na samej górze pośrodku. W pralce zostawione jakieś brudne ręczniki. Słabe wyposażenie w kuchni, np. brakowało miski, sitka, dużej patelni, przyborów kuchennych itp. Mieszkanie nowiutkie, ale pewne mankamenty bardzo psuły ogólne wrażenie (pourywane żabki od firan, brzydki zapach z odpływu pralki który unosił się w łazience, miejscami brudne ściany itp.) - wszystko od razu było zgłoszone właścicielom lokalu
