Difícil entender o funcionamento da abertura da porta e sobre o chuveiro na primeira noite q não esquentou a água.

Facilidade p abrir a porta e orientação para água quente no banho.

Limpeza e localização

sem ar condicionado no quarto. em pleno verão é impossível dormir com o calor que se fazia sentir.

The facilities were clean Quick response when calling the hostels emergency number

At check in no one was present. I waited for one hour without any information at an empty reception desk. At 2pm, I then got send the code for the self check in and the lockbox. I stayed for one night and I was put as a solo female traveler alone into dorm with an older man. Since there was no staff present on site at any time, the situation didn’t feel right to me and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I eventually called the hostel’s emergency number and asked to change rooms, which the girl granted and gave me the code for another room.
