Modern apartment in Milan with WiFi and AC

La posizione pazzesca, appartamento ben arredato, sono tornata a distanza di pochi mesi a milano e ho scelto la stessa struttura

Unica pecca non era il soggiorno pulitissimo ma possibilmente è solo stato un caso perchè il resto della casa impeccabile

Struttura molto accogliente, posizione perfetta e sicura, fornita di metro, supermercato , bar e tanti localini! Lo staff super gentile e disponibile, check in molto semplice e disponibile a qualsiasi ora! La chicca? Una bellissima cabina armadio :)

The location was okay, there’s not much in the vicinity and most amenities are a 10 - 15 minute walk (supermarket, metro station etc)

Lack of communication from accommodation provider. Some broken equipment such as closet door, bedside drawer (fixed this myself), and shower head holder. Advised accommodation agent of this but no response. Lack of kitchen equipment. Lack of kitchen surfaces to prepare meals. Air con inadequate for the bedroom (only one unit for the entire apartment which is situated above the entrance). I was unaware of the Milan city tax and paid it for two people despite travelling solo (second guest cancelled last minute). Tried to resolve this with the accommodation provider but no communication from them. They don’t seem to care once they have your money.
