The restaurant is located in the attic on the 5th floor, without a lift (expected in 2015). It is ideal for both singles and couples, it is small but welcoming, of 15sqm, complete with well-equipped kitchen, wifi internet, LED TV, bathroom with shower !! The area is central and very lively, full of clubs and shops of all kinds. Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires are 100m away, you can reach the Quadrilatero Della Moda (Piazza Duomo, Piazza Cavour, Piazza San Babila) by Metro in 10 minutes (only 2-3 stops) but also on foot along Corso Venezia or the Giardini di Via Palestro (Museum of Natural History and the Planetarium, in Via Palestro there is the 'PAC').
2 steps from the center, in addition to the intimate and romantic atmosphere, the main advantage is the cost: the lowest in Milan! Be careful, the 2 attics are next to each other, but separate and with different characteristics and prices because in the smaller one there is no shower and kitchen. They are located on the 5th floor, without a lift (expected in 2016), they are small, about 10-15 square meters, with one or 2 beds each. The largest, A & G1, attic, has a kitchen and bathroom with shower, the smaller, A & G2 dormer, has a small bathroom with only toilet and sink, therefore without shower. It also has no kitchen (only fridge, kettle, electric moka and microwave). Internet access is wifi and included in the price. The premises are equipped with LED TV, air conditioning and heating. They are ideal for singles and couples who are looking for excellent value for money! For families or small groups of friends (max 4 people) or for those who want more space it is possible to rent the 2 attics together: we will offer you a discounted price !!!
