Our family of four—including our two teenagers—had a fantastic stay! The location in Hanoi's Old Quarter was ideal: walking distance to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, Đồng Xuân Market, and many other vibrant spots. Our host went above and beyond to assist us and ensure we had the best possible experience. They helped us have super Hanoi experience!
Nothing negative about the property itself! Just be aware that the homestay is tucked away down a traditional alley through a dimly lit corridor. Arriving late at night after a long international flight can be a bit surprising at first, but it is completely safe and adds to the authentic experience of living in a local neighborhood.

L’emplacement est idéale. Parfait pour une famille . le rapport qualité prix au top. petit déjeuner entre 07h30 et 09h30. plusieurs choix possible .
Les escaliers sont raide et étroit. mauvaise expérience avec mon fils donc nous faisons très attention .

The location of this apartment was the best thing about this place. Very central to the old quarter. The room itself was very clean spacious. comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Excellent communication with the owner and a nice cooked breakfast that we ordered the night before.
Difficult to get to especially the stairs between floors. (Although the owner sent a helpful video before we arrived or we would have never found it down a narrow alley) The shower is in the toilet which is difficult to manoeuvre in. We also had a neighbour ask us to be quiet in the middle of the day so we were conscious of trying to be quiet. The owner said she would talk to him.
The location was great but I don’t think it was worth what they charged- it was very basic but a welcome cool reprieve from the busy crowds.
