We ask all guests to return the tag at checkout - ESAs are prohibited from the pool area, front desk area, conference rooms, coffee shop, playground, and all athletic facilities and courts - All guests are required to pick-up after their pet and dispose of their waste in the dog stations located on the property - Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the unit owner being fined $100.00 a day. If false documentation is found, immediate removal will be required
