Westlake Atelier

Of all the five hotels I stayed at during my four-week trip to Vietnam, this is the only one that actually matched the photos on the website by 99%. I was very pleasantly surprised. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated that guests could use a washing machine and dryer free of charge. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would gladly stay here again anytime.

A little far away from the center.

To meet someone I had known for six years—but was meeting face-to-face for the very first time—I spent four months planning every detail of the trip. I browsed hundreds of hotels, studied countless photos, and read review after review, trying to separate genuine experiences from misleading ones. I drafted four different itineraries for our six-day, five-night stay, comparing luxury hotels with unique boutique guesthouses near various attractions while keeping safety, convenience, quietness, and transportation in mind. In the end, I chose West Lake Atelier, knowing that even if it fell short of expectations, I still had several backup options. Yet it turned out to be all we needed for the entire trip. Looking back, we still wonder what made it feel so special. Perhaps it was the beautiful design that matched the online photos, the thoughtful touches and exceptional comforts that exceeded our expectations, or the breathtaking rooftop view that made each evening memorable. More likely, it was the way these details came together to create an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. Although we encountered a few minor hiccups during our stay, the hosts—a wonderful family—always responded with genuine care and assistance. They struck the perfect balance between warm hospitality and respect for our privacy, making us feel genuinely welcome without ever being intrusive. Their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I am deeply grateful for the memorable experience they helped create. As I looked at the gift my girlfriend had left for me on the bedside table, I realized that this trip had become far more than just a vacation. It marked a milestone in our journey together and felt like the perfect beginning to the future I hope to build in Vietnam. Long after the trip ended, West Lake Atelier remained intertwined with my most cherished memories—not simply because of the place itself, but because of the moments it quietly helped make possible.

Đây là lần đầu mình và bạn trai gặp mặt sau 6 năm quen nhau. Người yêu mình xem hơn trăm cái khách sạn cả bên Hoàn Kiếm lẫn Hồ Tây :v cuối cùng chọn bên này. Bọn mình đã có kỷ niệm đẹp và trải nghiệm thú vị tại đây. Gia đình anh chị chủ rất hiếu khách tận tình và chu đáo luôn ý 🥺 Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt, view đẹp, gần đường chính nhưng đi vào trong ngõ 1 chút nên không bị ồn ào, cảm giác rất yên bình. Quanh khu vực cũng có nhiều quán ăn nhà hàng ngon, nổi tiếng, cả đồ Việt Nam lẫn đồ nước ngoài. Phòng decor rất đẹp, rất chill. Đồ dùng thì đầy đủ tiện nghi và sạch sẽ. Người yêu mình cứ ngắm nghía quanh phòng xong tấm tắc khen gu với sự đầu tư của chủ nhà suốt 😂 (anh ấy là người nước ngoài nên cảm thấy thiết kế và lựa chọn về vật liệu cũng như đồ dùng rất thú vị) Lần tới gặp bọn mình vẫn sẽ quay trở lại đây 🙈

Wow! The apartment was one of the comfiest and well equipped I’ve been to in South East Asia!! The host was sooooo kind and attentive!
