Good location. The facilities were good. We enjoyed the view. Easy to check in and get the keys.
Some parts of the floors and furniture were a little bit damaged / old.

Some customers came early but there was no receptionist. I was lucky to when the room service was there, so I can check in earlier than booking time - 14:00

The view! The location is on a peninsula so you don’t get street traffic noise. Cute restaurants and coffee shops near. You have free laundry as well or they will do it for $4 USD. Great value if you want to stay in Tay Ho. It’s about a 20 minute easy walk to the Old Quarter or a very cheap taxi/Grab ride.
There was only one thing that bothered me. There is a playground below and parents (locals) would have their kids out there until 10/10:30 most nights, which made it hard to sleep.

Location was quiet and yet still easy to get to. So it's doesn't get the usual noise of traffic. I had the best sleep of my entire trip here. The locals also tend to hang out here right on this street as it overlooks the lake. Really gives it a local feel. Room itself is spacious and clean with a kitchen if you're up for cooking your own meals. The water cooler is also great when you don't have water on hand.
The toilet is a little tired and mouldy. The windows are not tinted so I have to remember to close the curtains at all times
