The hosts are very nice and helpful. All of my questions are answered immediately, I request the room right after I reach West Lake but they answered me and arrange everything immediately, which was really nice. The first floor is an antique shop, really cozy, I also bought one as a souvenir 🤣 I will be back in Hanoi after a small trip and I would definitely stay here again

Die Lage ist top, die Gastgeberin ist sehr lieb. Wir hatten alles was wir für eine kurze Aufenthalt in Hanoi gebraucht haben.

Man hört die straßenlärm, aber es ist nicht so schlimm mit Ohropax.

Внутри апартаментов все было плюс минус как на фото, кровать очень большая, есть дополнительные подушки и одеяла, и есть мини кухня

Локация это полный ужас!! Я еле еле нашел это место. ПОТОМУ ЧТО это апартаменты внутри ЧУЖОГО дома, с дистанционным заселением без ресепшена и так далее!! На первом этаже люди не имеют никакое отношение к отелю и не знают Английский. В целом вообще они могли и не разговаривать со мной, так как это не их отель. Вывесок нет, табличек нет. Мои ожидания - это мои проблемы. Но после первой ночи я сменил отель. Обидно что цена при смене суток подорожала на 35%, но это вопросы к букингу, а не отелю

The property is in not great area, you are right by main overpass and cross roads! Upon on my arrival, wasn't clear which staircase to take, I carried my suitcase to 2nd floor, wrong staircase. The towels were used, and bedding had clear stain marks, I was told they will check with "their staff." They told me to wait gor them....its my holiday....to inspect it 1st before changing, they basically wanted money. The room is nothing like on photos, they have 20 different rooms, my didn't had snh window, it is not 1 bedroom, it is small kitchen with no utilities or cooker, which I had to ask for..I just like to make breakfast, as restaurants are not in the area!!! Whoever said they had table to work on, not sure if they meant small coffee table. Bed was comfy, room is big size! This ladies don't have a clue how to manage! I had to change property, due to their other family staying there for long period of time, above my room heaving a party in the middle of the night, bringing people from outside, walking in high heals all night, kids shouting..it was a nightmare. If you fo make complaint on whats app, they will not respond...have conversation oh trough the app, to record everything, and to get responses! The other property had cockroaches, do take care people, for extra £3 you can stay in the hotel, where you have receptionist snd managers if things ho wrong, and better location.

As above, I had to spend my money on cockroaches spray, bedding etc. They sent message saying, give us q0* do not post negative comments, contact us pribatly, when you fo, they gaslight you!!!!
