Le Residenze dei Fiori

We booked this hotel only 15 minutes before arriving because our previous accommodation cancelled our reservation unexpectedly. It was great that the hotel was able to take us in on such short notice. The apartment we received was not the same as in the Booking photos, but this was probably because of the last‑minute booking. They quickly brought us towels and other essentials, which we appreciated. The apartment was on two floors, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The bathroom had a spacious shower area. There was also a parking spot under the building, which was very convenient. Right across the street there was a lovely restaurant with a beautiful sea view (although a bit pricey).

The rooms were very simply furnished, nothing special. There were also a lot of stairs, which might be difficult for some guests. The walls were very thin — in the evening there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring apartment, and I could hear all the talking and loud sounds when I was trying to fall asleep. There was a pool in the inner courtyard, but unfortunately it was closed and had chains across it. I’m sure it’s very nice in the summer, but during our stay it wasn’t available.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un grazioso appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’alloggio era curato, comodo e ben organizzato, con una cucina attrezzata che ci ha permesso di vivere il soggiorno in totale tranquillità. Il punto forte per noi è stato il bellissimo cortile, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di pace all’aperto. La posizione è top: a due passi dal porto e a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia, super comoda per dimenticarsi della macchina e godersi tutto a piedi. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo anche Porto Ottiolu, una località tranquilla ma con tutto quello che serve vicino. Un grazie speciale allo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile. La reception ci ha dato anche tanti consigli utili su spiagge, posti da vedere e cose da fare nei dintorni. Siamo stati davvero bene e lo consigliamo assolutamente per una vacanza rilassante e senza pensieri. Ci torneremmo volentieri!
