The owner was kind, and the house was large and luxurious. It was clean, with a beautiful garden and rooms. Great value for money—I’d love to stay here again.
Perhaps because it is a quiet residential area that also includes schools, there aren't many places to eat.

For international travellers it's far from city. Public transport via train is good with walking distance of 20 mins to station. Restaurants/groceries available near station are good. This is predominantly a Vietnamese area. Pleasant, crime free. I liked it.
No complaints.
