Lovely place
Small bedroom

The place was clean and tidy. The host was friendly and helpful. It was a good size bedroom with a nice desk, and ample wardrobe space.
The bed was only a double bed but was advertised as a large bed. The bathroom was a shared bathroom and this was not made clear in the description. The parking was on street parking and this was not made clear in the description.

Did not use the kitchen
Didn’t know it was a share accommodation until, we paid it

Economical option not far from Mount Gravatt. Room was clean and comfortable.
On street parking. Bathroom has a shower over a spa bath with an uneven bottom making it awkward. Also was hard to get in and out of. My wife fell over.
There was a little difficulty communicating with the lady who met us. I was not sure whether we could use the kitchen facilities and there was no coffee making equipment in the room.
