la posizione è ottima, in una delle vie più belle e caratteristiche dell'intera valle e pedonale, pur essendo al piano terra l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. pur essendo un monolocale è attrezzato di tutto.. televisione smart, cucina ad induzione, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina per caffè, bollitore, phon, lavasciuga, ventilatore, aspirapolvere, attrezzi per pulizie, raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, lenzuola, asciugamani con anche un cambio. La proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile in tempi brevissimi.
