Ο κ. Δημήτρης είναι πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης, το διαμέρισμα έχει όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί. Ίσως και περισσότερες και φροντίζει όλα να λειτουργούν σωστά. Η τοποθεσία δίπλα στην καρδιά της Χαλκίδας.
Ο χώρος είναι μια χαρά για 2 άτομα, αλλά για 3 άτομα γίνεται κάπως δύσκολος,. Το δρομάκι που βλέπει το μπαλκονακι είναι το πίσω μέρος ενός μεγάλου ξενοδοχείου, με θόρυβο, και περιστέρια. Επίσης υπάρχουν μυρωδιές από την ψαροταβέρνα, όχι μέσα στο διαμέρισμα, λόγο της προσπάθειας του κ. Δημήτρη. Πάντως η τοποθεσία για να είναι κάποιος στην καρδιά της Χαλκίδας είναι ιδανική

Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν συρόμενη και δεν δούλευε καλά, ίσως λίγο καλύτερο καθάρισμα θα μπορούσε να είχε γίνει

Very clean organized place at the center of chalkida. Everything you need is nearby. My experience was great living there. I think it' one of the best rbnbs as regards it's price and area. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit this beautiful city
