La casa è immersa nel verde, l’aria che si respira è quella di una casa rurale di montagna, si sta freschi (in queste giornate roventi è decisamente una gran cosa). È molto ben attrezzata, dotata di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e solerti nel rispondere alle esigenze.
Manca qualche punto luce all’esterno che obbliga ad usare le torce. Essendo una casa di chiara origine rurale gli impianti sono stati realizzati a vista e la caldaia per l’acqua calda sanitaria è un po’ rumorosa. Abbiamo percepito un po di odore di fumo di camino appena abbiamo aperto al casa. Ma arieggiando è più scomparso.

Mi è piaciuto che si trova in mezzo al verde, al silenzio e vicino alla Raticosa. Lo staff è stata molto accogliente e il fatto di poter mettere le moto in garage è stato super.
Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto l’intento della struttura, ovvero era molto sporca e sembra di stare all’interno di una cantina abbandonata. Per il prezzo pagato è stata un pò alto.
