Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway immersed in nature!

This beautiful house on the Appennino at 1000m offers a truly unforgettable stay. The three upstairs double bedrooms and the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor provide plenty of space for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the versatile indoor and outdoor spaces cater to any occasion. Surrounded by majestic oaks and stunning trees, each window reveals breathtaking views of the natural beauty around you. The surprise of the outdoor hot tub made our experience even more special — a perfect touch for unwinding and enjoying the tranquility.

We enjoyed every single second of the stay. Having a second shower in the house would help and I'm sure Filippo (the fantastic host) is already aware of it and thinking about a solution.

Great place in the quiet mountain.

Host is very nice and helpful who left more than enough food and drink in the kitchen for our stay. The house is decorated very good and equipped with good facilities. Although a little bit far from Bologna, it’s a great place to get away from city and enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the mountain. Temperature is 10 degrees lower than in the cities which is a really a good plus in hot summer days.

More than perfect

Everything was more than perfect. Super cozy place in nature to recharge and relax. We had a lovely stay and a delicious and abundant breakfast, our dog also loved it there, will definitely be back someday! :)

Idéal pour se reposer dans la forêt non loin de Bologne

Confortable et plein de chemins de randonnées à proximité. Attention le bain nordique met du temps à chauffer il faut compter une journée pour le chauffer ce qui est habituel pour ce genre d’équipement. Tout était propre et le petit déjeuner très bien garni. Un excellent magasin alimentaire à 10 min en voiture pour le dîner ou les pique nique de randonnées. Très Adapte aux enfants à partir de 5/6 ans car ils ont adoré le grand écran et la cheminée !

Wow! Buvo nuostabu! Vieta - grožis neatsispidi nuotraukose. Namas - kiekvienas kampas vertas instagram, daiktų, priedų, įrankių, visko daugiau negu reikia, labai patogu. Šeimininkas - nuostabus, labai paslaugus. Paruošė pakūras iš anksto tiek židiniui, tiek kubilui, kad tik kuo mažiau darbo tektų mums. Kitais metais atvyksime vėl!

Unglaublich netter und bemühter Gastgeber. Hat vieles vorbereitet, für Abendessen etc., obwohl nichts entsprechendes Gebucht war. Die Lage ist phänomenal. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen See an dem man angeln kann und auch ein gutes Restaurant vorhanden ist. Zum Einkaufen gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten in naher Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichbar. Des Weiteren gibt es ein schönes Schwimmbad/ Freibad in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ansonsten ist Bologna auch gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir werden das nächste Mal sicherlich länger bleiben.

Excelente casa para disfrutar las montañas alrededor de Castell dell'Alpi.

Todo espectacular! Pasamos un par de días muy bellos en la casa de Filippo. Su generosidad y buena atención fueron esenciales para disfrutar al máximo nuestra estadía. Usamos el jacuzzi, disfrutamos de la parrilla para hacer un delicioso asado y como nos tocaron un par de días un poco más fresco, hasta prendimos la chimenea. Fue una estadía memorable! Filippo hasta nos ayudó con recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares donde abastecernos. Muy util!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus im grunen. Wir waren sehr gerne noch langer geblieben.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas anstrengend da man den Berg hochfahrt. Aber im ganzen alles ok.

Super sympathisch, erholsam, naturnah, mal Italien anders erleben!

Filippo hatte uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Er war sehr nett und gab uns sehr viele Tipps für die Gegend, Restaurants, etc. Er hat uns auch einen super leckeren Kuchen gebacken und feinste Tortellini in Brodo gebracht. Das von ihm renovierte Haus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit einem guten Mix aus Retro und Modern eingerichtet. Es war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht in der Küche und fürs Bad. Die Betten und Kissen fanden wir ebenfalls sehr bequem. Ein Plus war auch das „Homecinema“ mit Projector und Leinwand! Es sind auch sehr viele Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden sowie ein gutes WLAN. Draussen gibt es ebenfalls eine Essgelegenheit und Liegestühle. Das Haus befindet sich am Waldrand in den Bergen mit einem kleinen See und Restaurant in Gehdistanz. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Die Lage ist sicher super angenehm im Sommer wenn es heiss ist unten im Flachland, aber auch jetzt im Frühling hat es uns gut gefallen.

Man muss man sich bewusst sein, dass der Weg ab der Autobahn sehr kurvig den Berg hochgeht. Sonst gab es für uns nichts Negatives.

Ruhe und Entspannung.

Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und war auch zur Zeit der Ankunft anwesend. Ein absolut zuvorkommender und freundlicher Mensch der auf alle Bedürfnisse eingeht und uns viele gute Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und vollkommen sauber. Es gibt eine Heizung für jeden Raum die sich individuell regeln lässt. Anstatt eines TV Geräts gibt es ein Beamer den man auf eine Leinwand projeziert welche vor dem Fenster herunter gezogen wird... geniale Idee!! Und super praktisch. Denn man kann auch einfach auf dem Sofa sitzen und die Aussicht genießen ohne TV. Die Aussicht und die Lage in der Natur ist der Wahnsinn! Der weite Blick in die Berge lädt zum Entspannen ein. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine schöne Bank einen Tisch und nach Wunsch auch Liegen. Es ist sehr ruhig, dort fahren nur wenige Autos. Die Anfahrt ist spektakulär. Es ist gut zu finden und vor Ort auch ausgeschildert. Auch perfekt um Bologna und/oder Florenz zu besichtigen, denn es liegt in der Mitte von beiden Städten und nach dem Rummel in der Stadt kann man um so mehr die Ruhe des Hauses genießen.

Nagyon tágas és komfortos ház az erdőben. Minden információt megkaptunk a kulcsátvételhez, a házhoz való eljutáshoz. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedves volt. Egy üveg borral várt bennünket , bőséges reggelit kaphattunk. A szálláshoz közel található egy étterem. Nagyon finom vacsoránk volt ott. A háznál minden rendben volt. Csodálatos esténk volt.
