Boutique Hotel Venturo, a Member of Design Hotels

When I arrived, I found out the hotel has only been open for a few months but with the level of service I received, it seemed like the team has everything perfectly managed down to the details. Upon checking in, I was offered a lovely welcome drink which was refreshing especially on a hot summer day. The check in process was very smooth and they were so gracious to check me in despite being early. The room was truly luxurious - modern, sleek and beautifully designed, with all the right amenities. The handwritten welcome note and treat was a nice touch! Breakfast was included during my stay and it was incredible with a really good menu of a variety of dishes one can order from. I especially enjoyed the bread selection and the care in preparing the food. Although the gym was small, it had the basics with equipped with luxury brands. I had the gym to myself every time I went which felt exclusive. The hotel also has a spa and a rooftop pool which I didn’t use but it looked very nice and well designed as well. The hotel itself is conveniently located within 10 minutes from old town, but set apart enough that I was able to relax and enjoy the quiet from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. I have to say what I enjoyed the most was the incredible service. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and it felt like I was coming home every time I come back seeing everyone’s smiles. I travel quite often and this hotel stands out among others. I loved every minute of my stay.
