Ottimo appartamento in condominio tranquillo, separato dalla strada principale da un ampio e verde cortile con possibilitá di parcheggio auto. L’appartamento e’ ideale per famiglie con bambini dato che si trova letteralmente di fronte alla spiaggia di sabbia fine “ La Chiaia”. La cucina e’ nuovissima ed anche il resto degli arredi con letti comodi. Essendo l’appartamento nel piano seminterrato, l’umiditá si fa un pó sentire peró e’ stato da subito limitato il problema grazie alla presenza di un deumidificatore. Il terrazzino luminoso consente piacevoli colazioni all’aperto. Gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione anche il proprietario Pierpaolo e Marco, che gestisce l’appartamento. Grazie mille per questo piacevole weekend a Ischia!
