The views overlooking the ocean, town of Forio, and mountain ranges are stunning. The property is newly renovated, very tasteful and simple, very clean and comfortable. The management Umberto/Gianna and staff Christian were very helpful and attentive as well. The property sits on a high hill overlooking Forio. We stayed for 3 nights and rented a car for the duration of our stay. While there is a beach and a couple of restaurants on the beach in walking distance from the property I highly recommend having a car here to explore the island of Ischia and commute to and from restaurants and activities, otherwise it might feel somewhat isolated.

Greeted on arrival by Christian who took our luggage and showed us to our room. The hosts also kindly arranged a taxi to meet us at the ferry port - everything worked out very smoothly. We will definitely be returning

It was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings the owners have made this a real labour of love. We had a superior apartment for 8 nights. It’s a quiet, relaxed hotel. The apartments were very well equipped with washer, microwave, fridge freezer and pots, pans and cutlery and furniture and a sun bed on the balcony. Towels are provided to take to the beach or their lovely swimming pool.
Location wise it is a distance out of the main town of Forio but as two sixty+ year olds, reasonably fit people, we walked there and back several times and late at night. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Giardini la Mortella. There are also 4 nearby restaurants at the bottom of the hill and a small beach.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful with any enquires, bookings etc.
