Perfect location at only 15 mins walking from Forio centre and closest beach Cava dell’isola. Nice restaurants in the surrounding area.
Nice outside area for the apartment and the studio. Sea view and sunset from the house!
Large space for parking. Good size bedrooms. Easy check-in.

Location is a definite 10/10. Lisola Restaurant, one of our favourites, is 3 minutes away and Forio Centro is less than a 10 minute walk. Limited number of buses do run here, but if you're happy to use a scooter or e-bike there is a rental company next door. The apartment is on a main road, which was not too busy or noisy, but we were there during low season.
Host 10/10. Can communicate in English and gave good instructions on how to access the apartment using a visual aid via social media.
Studio Apt 8/10. There are a lot of power sockets and the fridge kept food and drinks cold.
Studio Apt 8/10. Before arriving here, we stayed at another apartment, so I guess we were spoiled by the facilities provided there.
The bathroom, kitchenette and small patches of flaking paint on the walls by the bed are the some of the let downs. No coffee machine, cafetiere, kettle or microwave/oven. The fence is great for security not so much for sunset views, but not too much of an issue.
The Android TV was tricky for me to figure out. Luckily the weather was good and we were happy to watch a bit of news on an evening.
We didn't find the bed particularly comfortable.
Depending on access requirements, some will find this apartment a challenge e.g. the security box for the key will be out of reach. The gate, at times, was difficult open. The bathroom had some pipes sticking out of the wall. The shower door slides and folds (think bellows of an accordion). You also have to open the window to stop heavy condensation (there's no extractor fan) and the window is quite high up. Interestingly, that is only place that has mesh, to keep insects out, installed.

Lage direkt am Meer! Gegenüber der nicht all zu stark befahrenen Strasse hat es direkt eine Treppe, die zum Meer führt. Nicht geeignet, um einen "Strandtag" zu verbringen, jedoch top für eine kurze Runde am Morgen. Ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum schwimmen dort, klares Wasser und direkt daneben die wunderschönen Felsen.
Ca. 3-5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft hat es eine Pizzeria. Wo man sich auch mal eine to-go gönnen kann.
Bis zum nächsten Dorf sind es ca. 10min. zu Fuss und zu der tollen Therme Poseidon ca. 20-25 min.
Platz vor der Unterkunft ist grosszügig und hat was mit dem ausgewaschenen Vulkanstein nebenan. Sonne geht kitschig gerade vor der Unterkunft unter. 😊
Umgang mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und wenn man eine Frage hat, bekommt man innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort.
Für den Preis gibts eigentlich wirklich nichts auszusetzen, natürlich wäre z.B. ein Geschirrspühler nice, aber das würde dann ja auch wieder einen höheren Preis nach sich ziehen 😊
Das wichtige (Kühlschrank für Bier und Frühstück z.B.) ist vorhanden 👍️😅
