Exclusive Apartment - Heart of Paris

Bonne correspondance pour nous aiguiller . Merci.

Chambre au sous-sol sans fenêtres mais pour une nuit en plein cœur du quartier Gare de Lyon c'est top.

Very close to Gare De Lyon which is what we wanted as we needed to leave Paris early the next day. Wouldn’t stay there if we were visiting Paris for a longer period of time as wasn’t the nicest area. Bathroom/kitchen/dining/lounge area were all good and spacious.

One bed was terrible, dipped in the middle so had to sleep on the edge. Other beds were fine. Very stuffy as no windows in bedrooms and fans provided were very noisy so we couldn’t sleep with them on.

Very pleasant accommodation. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome. Everything went smoothly and the accommodation met our expectations. We would be happy to stay here again. 😊

Location is great. Just a 5-7 mins walk to Gare de Lyon. Very nice bakery at the corner of the street.

The rooms are in the basement (lower level) and it was damp, no air ciculation, and no windows. Was hard to breathe down there that we had to permanently open the window in the ground floor upstairs (where the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are) so that the air can hopefully reach downstairs. Washing machine & dryer were not working and we were not informed in advance. Was a let down since we chose the flat due to this expected convenience. The flat is next to a laundry place and unfortunately, below the laundry shop are actually the rooms of this flat. So you can hear the washing machine banging on the room ceiling when you sleep early in the night (we have a child). The bed is not comfy. For a 4 night stay with 5 people, they gave 2 toilet papers and 1 kitchen tissue, i mean these supplies are not that expensive so it could be appreciated if the guests comfort is also considered.
