Exclusive Apartment - Heart of Paris

Very pleasant accommodation. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome. Everything went smoothly and the accommodation met our expectations. We would be happy to stay here again. 😊

Superb location from which to explore Paris and was also ideally placed for us to get to Gare De Lyon for our TGV to Nice the following morning. Apartment was clean, and beds were really comfy. Quite expensive, but good value for money for the convenience it provided for us.

Not really their fault as Paris was experiencing a heat wave, but providing some decent fans would be a improvement, there were three in the flat, one of which didn't work and they weren't up to the task.

Exceptional location, great facilities for a big group. Tree bien!

The location was close to the metro and there was plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Not enough basic supplies, broken appliances, unresponsive host We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately can't recommend it. The apartment was under-supplied for a stay more than just a night or two, one hand towel for the entire visit (I quess to be used for both drying hands and dishes), a single small trash bag, and nowhere near enough toilet paper to get us through the week. The fans provided to help with the heat were old and visibly caked in dust. The washing machine was broken and left full of standing water for our entire stay. We messaged the host about it the first night and didn't back until checkout. One safety note, the staircase down to the bedroom is steep and would be genuinely hazardous for anyone with balance or mobility issues. Worth knowing before you book if that applies to your group. Overall, the location may be fine, but basic upkeep and host responsiveness were seriously lacking.
