Ήταν ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα με έναν μοναδικά εξυπηρετικό ιδιοκτήτη (Ματέο).Μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν και ήταν ιδιαιτέρως φιλικός και διακριτικός. Μάλιστα όταν προέκυψε κάποιο τεχνικό θέμα με το κατάλυμα, επέδειξε τρομερό ενδιαφέρον και το έλυσε με τον καλύτερο και γρηγορότερο τρόπο ώστε να μην μας δημιουργηθεί το παραμικρό πρόβλημα. Απόλυτα επαγγελματίας. Ο χώρος ήταν καταπληκτικός. Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα με όλα τα απαραίτητα και πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας. Ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση από την Ορτυγία. Πολύ εύκολο παρκάρισμα ακριβώς μπροστά από το κατάλυμα χωρίς χρέωση. Ήσυχη περιοχή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αφού και η σχέση ποιότητας -τιμής είναι εξαιρετική και σπάνια για τέτοιου επιπέδου κατάλυμα.

Het is een geweldig appartement: heel ruim (wat fijn is met 2 tieners), erg schoon en aan alles is gedacht (wasmiddel, koffie, zeepjes, etc). Het ligt op een prima loopafstand van Ortigia en de Neopolis, vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden. De host is zeer behulpzaam. Ik zou hier graag nog eens terugkeren met mijn gezin.
