施設はすごく綺麗で、アットホームな雰囲気もあり、親戚の家に遊びに来たようなそんな安心感がありました。小、中学生の子供達もとても喜んでおり、また泊まりたいとのことでした。
また、オーナー様がわざわざ施設の案内をしてくださりとても安心して利用できました。
その他、個人的に特に助かったのがドラム式洗濯機が置いていたことで、洗濯から乾燥までできたため、翌日に着ることができました。
車はミニバンだったので、施設には駐車できませんでしたが、徒歩3分ほどの近くのコインパーキングで一晩300円で駐車できたので、なんの不満もありませんでした。
車で10分圏内にショッピングセンター、ショッピングモール、ガソリンスタンドなど、必要な店舗は一通り揃っており、不便もありませんでした。
立地や周辺施設含め総じて大変良い宿で、また近くに行くときはお世話になるつもりです。
特に大きな不満点はありませんが、冷凍庫の空きがもう少しあれば嬉しかったです。

There were also many helpful amenities like yukata, toothpaste, and big towels.

オーナーさんがとても優しい方でお出迎えとお見送りをしてくださいました
チェックインの時間も融通を聞かせてくれたので助かりました
友達の実家感？があるところで
団体で泊まって、土曜日の夜にしてはとてもコスパの良い民泊施設でした
千葉に予定があるときはまた利用したいかもしれないです
人の家のにおいが気になる人は難しいかもしれない
自分は特に気にならなかった
駅から少しだけ歩きます
10分程度なのでそこまで気にならないかもしれない
毎時間リビングの時計の音楽が鳴るので少し不気味
コンビニが徒歩7分くらい
近い方ではあるが気軽に行くには少し面倒くさいかもしれない
