Great, well kept apartment with all the facilities you can need including a kitchen unit and washing machine. Easy check-in and check-out. The large balcony surprised us, especially as it was raining outside the wide eaves made it a wonderful place to chill out in the evening.
The location is certainly a bit out of the way, although still within a walking distance (30 minutes' walk) of Makuhari Messe in terms of attending an event there. There were multiple easy to access WIFI options, although the connection was somewhat spotty.
