DeFace Platinum Suites by Aster

We had a wonderful stay at The Platinum Suites KLCC. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, only a short distance from the KLCC area and many restaurants and shops. One of the best parts of our stay was the rooftop infinity pool with an amazing view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Er zijn twee gebouwen van DeFace Platinum, en 3 á 4 recepties van verschillende hotels/accommodaties per gebouw. Uiteindelijk stonden wij vóór de goede receptie, maar er werd mij verteld dat onze kamer particulier verhuurd wordt door host. Contact gehad met host, langer dan half uur moeten wachten dat er iemand komt met sleutel.

Sommige delen van de houten vloer komen omhoog, oppassen met lopen. Het leek of de accommodatie ooit wateroverlast heeft gehad, ook te zien aan de plinten. Alleen de bedden waren netjes opgemaakt, andere meubilair waren best wel vies. Dit was een suite met twee kamers voor twee personen, er staat een klein ronde eettafel met alleen twee stoelen, als je dus met z'n vieren zijn kunnen jullie niet allemaal aan tafel.
