Great location, amazing view of the city, very comfortable and well equipped studio.
After the reservation was completed, they sent an email requesting a deposit in local currency (no dollars or euros) but this is very inconvenient since the guest loses money since the exchange rate is unfavorable when you sell.

Everything was great! They definitely improved since our last stay. Check in and out were so easy. Room has all you need for only for a short stay. They replied very fast to make sure you have the best experience. The location itself is perfect and the residency has many shops and cafes downstairs. Highly recommend!

Location and value for money, great wifi
Nothing really, bed could be a little softer but that's it

The view is great, and the location. The elevators are exceptionally quick, we stayed on the 33rd floor and it took less than 5 seconds to reach the ground floor! Everything works and it is very functional within the apartment.
Although the surfaces were clean and the bedding smelt fresh, there was no mattress protector. Aside from being unhygienic, it is also much warmer without it. Reported that it was missing via WhatsApp, there was a misunderstanding and they came and remade the bed, with fresh sheets, but no protector. It was eventually sorted. Both double beds were made up without a mattress protector, not sure if this is the norm or an oversite.
If the mattress protector had been in place my rating would be higher.
