Everything was great! They definitely improved since our last stay. Check in and out were so easy. Room has all you need for only for a short stay. They replied very fast to make sure you have the best experience. The location itself is perfect and the residency has many shops and cafes downstairs. Highly recommend!

A good location close to bukit nan's and dang wangi stations and 1km from the suria mall and KLCC park. Check in was smooth - be sure to check in at the right desk. The room is clean, cool and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the highway.

The apartment info said the room would be cleaned if a tag was posted on the door. I stayed 5 days and put the tag on for 3. No cleaning.

Good location, close to the monorel and subway (5mins), Easy walk to the twin towers and shopping malls etc(10-15mins). Pavilion mall via monorel 5mins. Also a 10 min walk the other way to a major supermarket. The property has 2 mini marts (one 24hrs) and a restaurant. They have a gym but its rubbish, 2 machines (one was broken when l as there and 1 set of weights, but good pool. My room had good fridge and new washing machine. Kitchen utensils were very basic The bed was good and comfy. My apartment was cleaned ok. Could see the twin towers from one window, just!!

My apartment had 2 broken chairs (floor 33a - unit 9) and the arm of the basic couch was also broken on arrival. The furniture made ikea furniture look expensive. The management did replace them with 2 plastic chairs after a ph call but if l had sat on them on the side or a bigger bodied person had sat down the outcome would have been bad. I had to chase up house keeping as they went missing for a couple of days. There are a few beggars out the front of the property (whilst not their fault) just to be aware. The issues with apartments are usually the owners or management not wanting to spend any money and l expect that this is the case here. There are probably many excellent apartments in this building, however l didn't get one.
