Men with square faces at the front desk come across as more professional and polished—he really take the time to think through the questions I ask. The room housekeeper will take care of any small issues right away,even he took the initiative to clean the pots and kitchen utensils for me,which surprised me greatly!!!
The quilt needs to be replaced with new！and shower water flow is a bit weak; it's not strong enough；windows has limescale and needs to be cleaned thoroughly；elevator is too too slow!!!

Great big rooms and spotlessly clean with fantastic view of the twin towers. One of the best pools in town.
Reception is so so slow and grumpy. Also security at the pool is a little over the top, the guys thinks he military!

Rooftop view although I’m sure other places also have this
Comfy bed , large room
Note they charge a MYR500 deposit on PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD or cash only which is very high deposit. We do not use credit card, and was leaving KL the following morning so had no cash to use or time to spend this the next day if we took it out. Had to agree on a debit card payment with a 3-5 month refund period which is crazy and can’t understand this. I would not recommend this place nor stay again.
