Jacuzzi Villa del Geranio

Unfortunately, the villa did not meet our expectations. Although it looks beautiful, spacious and cosy at first glance, many things are broken, damaged or poorly maintained. Throughout our stay, we constantly faced various issues. Initially, there was no hot water. Although the villa representative responded, it still caused considerable inconvenience. We then experienced problems with a faulty water pump, which made a very unpleasant noise on the main terrace. The representative suggested that we turn off the water supply and switch it back on every time we wanted to take a shower. We found both this solution and the way it was communicated completely unacceptable. The villa has two bedrooms on the main floor and four bedrooms in the basement. Unfortunately, the basement has a strong smell of dampness and mould. One of the bedrooms had visibly mouldy walls, damaged finishes and was very unpleasant to stay in. Additionally, on one of our three days, the jacuzzi temperature dropped to just 32°C, making it practically unusable. Overall, the villa has great potential. It is spacious, nicely designed and could be a wonderful place to stay. However, it seriously lacks proper maintenance, cleanliness and attention to detail. With better care and management, this could be an amazing property. Unfortunately, in its current condition, it is far from that.
