Problema con un letto e questo continuo segnalare che ci sono vicini anziani (peraltro simpaticissimi che salutano sempre ).

This is not just an apartment in Tokyo. It is a home away from home. The staff is super helpful. They were really like our tour guides for our first time in Japan. They helped us arranging a car and a driver to and from the airport, and much more. There’s almost everything you need in the house. The beds are comfortable and there is an AC in both rooms. Although the laundry machine is not a dryer, you can dry your clothes on the balcony, and if you need it fast, there’s a coin laundry right at the entrance to the building. There’s a supermarket in front of the house and a Lawson in 3 minutes walk. The nearest train station is 7 minutes walk and there is a bus stop in from of the building. The place is very central but quiet, so practically every spot in Tokyo is within 1-hr by public transport.

For a family of 5 it is a bit small, and once the extra bed is open, there is no place to unpack your suitcase, so we constantly stepped onto open suitcases. The building is a bit old, and although the house owners make efforts, you may encounter an uninvited guest (like a cockroach).

The owner i was in contact with was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! She helped with actually planning the trip and giving me ideas on thi gs to do! She helped us when we arrived through all the confusion, she was great with responding to questions and I even asked if an iron was in the roo., and she went AN PURCHASED one just for us! The area was perfect as well, near historic landmarks and easy access to the train, across from store we frequented from day one! I highly recommend and the cost was amazing as welll!!
