Ultimo NSW - 3 Bedroom Apartment with 1 Parking - NetFlix

It was comfortable for 5 of us traveling together. Very spacious and well priced.

Finding our car park was challenging. Some more direction in that area would have made arriving more smooth.

Plenty of space to relax, and everything felt modern and well-maintained. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had all the essentials.

Location was convenient for a Sydney stay, one of the only places you'll find 3 bed with parking at a reasonable price

These units are private residence so there is no "Check-in" process. It was too difficult and convoluted. The key was padlocked to a street sign across the road with a dozen other, while the parking was on a different one way street to the entry (parking on Wattle, entry on Jones). The owner sent videos and food map pins but descriptions were poor We only knew our room number and floor, but there are multiple building so we could not figure out what elevator we needed to use from the parking. When we messages the owner they said we needed to walk up to Jones street entry (extremely steep btw). It was by pure luck that I just tried the right elevator so got in through there. The building managers however were great and pointed some things out Our elevator key fob didn't work for one of the lifts which made things awkward and difficult having to wait for the right one, the shared shower door doesn't close properly so it makes the entire bathroom wet, and the Aircon condensers are right outside one of the bedrooms which hums extremely loud. The room does not have the best soundproofing so you can hear traffic at night, heads up if you're a light sleeper Some facilities need repair or improvement, like the shower doors, clothes dryer latch, kettle (doesn't switch off after boiling) and entry locks being loose
